The sheet, which was developed with our unique converting technology, protects solar cells for a long period. The sheet has excellent weatherproof, light resistance, electric insulation, and steam barrier functions, with less strength reduction under high-temperature and high-humid environment over time. Adhesiveness to EVA is also good.

Starch cannot be fabricated and molded like plastic; however, it can be modified by water or additives and used as an alternative to plastics. Fabrication machines for conventional multipurpose plastics can be used for this material. Since it is recyclable and carbon neutral, it does not increase CO2 in the air even when burned. The material has excellent waterproof capability and conforms to the Food Sanitation Law for packaging.

This curing sheet for nuclear power plants shows strong incombustibility when in use, and at the same time, excellent combustibility if required. The sheet generates no toxic gas or corrosive gas when incinerated and includes no harmful heavy metal. This environmentally friendly sheet has excellent physical strength and is oil proof and chemical resistant. In addition, the sheet is flexible, generates almost no electrostatic charge, and does not change to other resins.

This organic environmentally friendly plastic saves limited fossil fuel resources like petroleum, and as a result, prevents global warming. When discarded, microorganisms in the soil or compost decompose it into water and CO2, so the volume of waste decreases.

Three-layer simultaneous forming by the both-side vacuum molding allows cost reductions.
The metal mold design creates a random space, and the space layer brings high heat resistance, heat-retention, cold insulation, and a buffering effect. You can select a material that can bond inner and outer areas of packages, and also support blister applications by heat sealing.
