KOBAYASHI & CO., LTD declares the following with the aim of maintaining healthy work environments and protecting its employees’ human rights according to the law and ILO’s international labor standards (the Core Labor Standards):

1. Prohibition of child labor
   KOBAYASHI employs no children below the minimum age for employment specified by domestic law.
2. Prohibition of forced labor
   KOBAYASHI rejects any forms of forced labor.
