Basic Policy on Respect for Human Rights

As stated in our management philosophy, we have been conducting our business with respect for humanity. We will continue to be a company that is trusted and empathized with by society through disciplined actions that respect humanity, including invisible differences such as age, nationality, race, gender, disability, religion, experience, and values.

We understand that the International Bill of Human Rights, the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the United Nations Global Compact, and the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights are the minimum principles and standards to be observed in relation to human rights, and we will promote efforts to respect human rights of all stakeholders, including employees.

In the event that a negative impact on human rights is caused, or it becomes clear that we have been involved, we will work to remedy the situation through appropriate procedures.
